Originally from south central Thailand, Chef Chume brings nearly a lifetime of experience in preparing authentic Thai cuisine. Using original recipes that reflect her upbringing on the famous Thai Meklong river, Chef Chume is well versed in preparing all types of Thai dishes, from exotic seafood to coconut based curries. The mission of Chume’s Kitchen is to provide everyone the opportunity to experience homemade Thai food, free from processed ingredients or shortcuts in preparation.
